Privacy Notice
Updated 22 October 2026. This notice covers visitors to this website and initial staffing and career enquiries. Recruitment, employment and placement processes may require additional privacy information before further details are collected.
Who we are
Tezcare Ltd, company number 16852918, is responsible for the personal information it receives through enquiries. Registered office: The Keep, Suite 2.04, Creech Castle, Taunton, Somerset, TA1 2DX. Contact info@tezcare.uk or 0333 090 6336 for privacy questions.
Information you choose to share
You may provide your name, email address, telephone number, organisation, staffing requirements, work interests and message. Please do not include resident or medical information, identity documents or DBS records in an initial enquiry.
How website enquiries work
When direct submission is enabled, selecting “Send enquiry” sends your name, contact details, organisation, enquiry category and message through our website’s hosting service and Resend to Tezcare’s Microsoft 365 email inbox. Staffing and general enquiries go to info@tezcare.uk; career enquiries go to hr@tezcare.uk. We use the email address you provide so our team can reply. Submission does not confirm a shift, placement or job offer.
If delivery cannot be confirmed, the website shows an error and alternative contact details. We do not store enquiry content in a website database. Hosting and email providers may process technical information and delivery records to operate and secure these services. Please send only the information needed for your initial enquiry.
Why we use enquiry information
We use information to respond to your request, discuss staffing requirements or career opportunities, and keep a record of the conversation. Our bases are steps requested before entering a contract, where applicable, and our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and managing service relationships. We do not use the enquiry form to subscribe you to marketing.
Who receives information
Relevant Tezcare personnel and service providers supporting our business communications may process your enquiry. The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites. Resend processes direct form submissions for email delivery, and Tezcare uses Microsoft 365 for its inboxes. Hosting services may process connection and security information, such as IP addresses, browser information and access times. Our providers may process information outside the UK. Resend (Plus Five Five Inc.) stores enquiry messages and delivery records in the United States, even though our sending region is Ireland. For the ordinary initial enquiry information covered by its certification, we rely on Resend’s active participation in the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Its Data Processing Addendum also incorporates the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. You can request information about the relevant safeguards from info@tezcare.uk. This form is not intended for existing employee records, patient information, health details, identity documents or criminal-record information. Initial career enquiries are not an authorisation to send your details to a care provider.
How long information is kept
Initial enquiries that do not lead to a placement, employment or client relationship will be reviewed and deleted within 12 months of the last contact, unless a legal obligation or dispute requires a longer period. Further recruitment or client records will be covered by the relevant retention arrangements communicated at that stage. Resend states that email and log data on its standard plans is retained for 30 days, with backups persisting for 7 days; remaining customer data is deleted within 90 days after account termination. These provider periods are separate from Tezcare’s inbox retention.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your information, or object to its use. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. Contact info@tezcare.uk to make a request. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
